Brisket is a cut of beef made for slow cooking, and it's great value. 

Pop one in the slow cooker before you head off to work, and set the heat setting to low. 

Perfect for large families or to enjoy over a couple of nights, with lunches included! 

There are so many amazing combinations to choose from. Opt for a traditional celery, onion and carrot flavour, or mix it up with a rich Texas barbecue sauce.  

You can even use the leftovers to make a pie.
